These terms and conditions ("Terms" & "Agreement") are an agreement between Website Operator ("Website Operator") and you ("User"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the darjinc.com website and any of its products or services (collectively,"Website" & "Services").


Accounts and membership
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using this Website and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in

Limitation of liability

Dispute resolution
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of West Bengal, India without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in West Bengal, India, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

 

Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Shipping policy

Darjinc offers free shipping for all orders above INR 999 within India. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping on international orders. 
Orders placed before 12:01 pm IST are usually dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:01 pm IST are usually dispatched on the next business day.

The ETA for products is 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch for all orders within India and 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch for all International orders. 
Shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout based on the product weight (including packaging and/or samples) and delivery pin code. 
For domestic deliveries, we use Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC and Indian Post. For international deliveries, we use DTDC, Fedex, UPS, DHL and Indian Post.  
Important Notice:- Due to the ongoing COVID-19, the delivery of the products may take longer than usual.

RETURN AND REFUND

Kindly note that we do not accept cancellations on orders once dispatched from the warehouse. 
As our chief product, Perishable food items is a perishable item we follow a strictly no return policy, unless if product is severely damaged during which circumstance a refund may be initiated with substantial proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of damage must be provided and customer must ship the item in unused condition to the warehouse address.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To cancel items that aren't dispatched yet:
1. Go to Your Orders
2. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made. If your order has already been dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made). In case you're still contacted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.
If your order is already delivered: You may consider returning it.
